It has been reported that members of KARA are planning to sue their agency, DSP Media Entertainment but excluding Park Gyuri because she felt it will affect the group's future activities. Obviously, it's going to be chaos for the group as the ratio is 4:1. The reason for the lawsuit was due to "lost of confidence and mutual trust" towards DSP Media Entertainment. There were many conflicting interest between the members and their agency. The members have expressed that "they've tolerated enough for so long" so they decide to part ways from DSP. It has been reported by KARA's lawyers that:

*DSP deliberately gave them conflicting schedules which was not agreed upon by the members such as adding more activities on top of their already loaded schedule without consent from the girls.

*The girls felt like 'slaves' to their agency and they all felt miserable to continue on.

*Main purpose of DSP was to make money out of KARA.

However, there are still more undisclosed reasons which may be disclosed later.

Representatives of DSP Media refuted this by commenting,"we are not sure what went wrong and we'll be releasing an official statement regarding this issue."
